Job summary

19six seeks a Project Manager or Project Architect to lead projects from our Roseville, CA office. You will drive scope, schedule and budget while coordinating with the design studio and consultants through all phases, from pre-design to close-out, and review deliverables for quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM/Architect experience in civic/education/healthcare/housing or hospitality, CA license or LEED preferred, and strong proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• Five or more years' experience as a Project Manager or Architect on civic, education, healthcare, housing and/or hospitality projects.
• DSA OSHPD/HCAI experience desirable but not required.
• CA architectural license and LEED certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate and manage projects through all phases from pre-design to construction administration and close-out.
• Produce architectural redlines and oversee document revisions.
• Oversee quality control.
• Coordinate design consultants and oversee the architectural team.
• Review deliverables and ensure construction documents are delivered.
• Draft client proposals and manage multiple projects with client communication.
• Collaborate with staff and facilitate team and client meetings.
