Job summary

19six Architects in Roseville, CA seeks a motivated Project Manager or Project Architect to lead projects across civic, education, healthcare, housing, and hospitality markets. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with the design studio through all phases—from pre-design to close-out.

Applicants should have 5+ years in PM or architecture, CA license and LEED preferred, and strong skills in Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office; excellent written/verbal communication and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
• 5+ years as Project Manager or Architect on civic, education, healthcare, housing or hospitality projects.
• DSA or OSHPD/HCAI experience desirable but not required.
• CA architectural license and LEED certification are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with design studio across all project phases from pre-design to close-out.
• Produce architectural redlines and oversee document revisions.
• Oversee quality control and production of construction documents.
• Coordinate consultants and oversee the architectural team.
• Review deliverables and manage client communications.
• Draft client proposals and coordinate multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly with staff and facilitate team/client meetings.
