Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design and project management experience.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior staff effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and delivering high-quality designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive design and planning solutions.
• Develop and present design concepts meeting functional and aesthetic requirements.
