Job summary

Lionakis in Sacramento seeks an experienced Project Manager for our Civic team. You will lead architectural projects from concept through construction, planning resources, schedules and budgets while keeping them on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years architectural project experience.
• Highly proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam.
• Prepare project management plans and ensure strict adherence to these plans.
• Prior Experience with Civic projects including law enforcement and fire stations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction by planning resources, schedules and budgets and keeping them on track.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors, and help resolve design, code and construction challenges.
• Partner with project leads and studio leadership to manage scope changes, control costs and schedules, ensure quality and accuracy of documents, and support successful project delivery.
• Oversee finances, contribute to proposals, and foster team development through delegation, coaching and collaboration.
