Lionakis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Civic team in Oakland (or San Jose). You will lead architectural projects from concept to construction, coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure timely delivery and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent with 10+ years of project experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and Bluebeam. Hybrid work flexibility and a strong equity focus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 10 years architectural project experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; MS Office; Bluebeam is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction by planning resources, schedules and budgets and keeping them on track.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; resolve design, code and construction challenges.
• Manage scope changes, control costs and schedules; ensure quality and accuracy of documents; support successful project delivery.
• Oversee finances, contribute to proposals, and foster team development through clear delegation and collaboration.
