Job summary

Progressive Companies seeks a Project Architect II to lead technical design components of complex multifamily and mixed-use projects. You will translate design intent into coordinated documentation and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to meet client goals, codes, and sustainability standards.

You will guide junior staff, oversee QA/QC, and participate in planning, design, and coordination to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Produce accurate, code-compliant project deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate specifications and drawings across deliverables with strong attention to QA/QC.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead key technical design components of complex architectural projects.
• Translate design intent into coordinated documentation using BIM and other tools.
• Ensure alignment with client goals, codes, and sustainability standards.
• Support planning, design, and coordination of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
