Job summary

Globalclassifieds.info, an architectural firm focusing on multi-family residential and mixed-use projects, seeks a Project Architect to join the team in New York City. You will contribute to design, document coordination and management from schematic design through construction documents.

You will develop schematic and design development documents, coordinate with project consultants, and produce construction documentation sets in AutoCAD. Hybrid work schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of full-time professional experience from a NYC architecture firm.
• Degree: BArch or MArch from an accredited school.
• Ability to work independently on all design phases.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials for multi-family projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in multiple projects across all phases.
• Develop schematic and design development documents and manage consultant coordination.
• Produce construction documentation sets and details in AutoCAD.
• Participate in team meetings.
