Job summary

AutoTech Solutions LLC in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Project Accounting Assistant to support project administration, budgeting, and billing across multiple sites. The role focuses on accurate financial tracking and timely invoicing for ongoing projects.

Based in our Cincinnati office, you will work with Project Managers, Operations, and Finance to ensure proper coding, documentation, and successful project closeout. On-site with potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least three years of construction operations, project administration, or related administrative experience; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in ERP and other systems; manage budgets, billing rules, and POs.
• Coordinate project billing, invoices, and deposits; track billed-to-date and unbilled amounts.
• Support project cost integrity by coding transactions to correct project and accounts.
• Prepare project cost and revenue information; assist with budget-to-actual variances.
• Support month-end closeout; resolve coded costs and open POs to ensure timely closeout.
• Coordinate start-up, kick-off, and close-out activities; maintain project files and minutes.
• Assist with contract, subcontract, and compliance administration; maintain documentation.
