Job summary

Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. seeks a Project Accountant to join the Northeast Regional Finance team in a hybrid schedule, based in New York City or Princeton.

You will manage invoicing, contract maintenance, and project budgeting while collaborating with project managers and technical teams. Ideal candidates have 0–4 years in accounting/finance, with degree in accounting/finance/management, and knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or similar software.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management, or equivalent experience.
• 0-4 years of accounting/finance/billing experience (AEC industry preferred).
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other financial software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of client invoices and contract documents.
• Client and sub-consultant contract maintenance.
• Assistance with project setup, budgeting and monitoring.
• Accounts receivable collection assistance.
• Assistance with research and resolution of client questions.
