Toole Design is seeking a dedicated Project Accountant to support the Finance team in managing the financial health of design projects. You will handle invoicing, monitor project budgets and forecasts, and maintain project accounts in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years of project accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint. Hybrid schedule and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of project accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint and reading contracts.

Aufgaben

• Manage the financial health of multiple projects from setup to closeout.
• Prepare invoices and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain project accounts in ERP using established procedures.
• Manage unbilled work and assist project managers with billing.
• Reconcile receipts and budgets; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support auditors and contribute to staff trainings.
