Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, a 100% employee‑owned company, seeks a Project Accountant to ensure financial clarity across complex construction projects. You will partner with project teams to record costs, manage contracts and change orders, and deliver insightful reports to leadership.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience; construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and review all job costs to ensure financial clarity.
• Deliver value‑adding reporting for Project Management with actionable insights.
• Manage contracts, billings, and change orders in the ERP system.
• Identify cost saving opportunities to strengthen project performance.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy before closeout.
