Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent IT programming experience.
• Relevant IT programming experience with higher education preferred.
• Experience with SQL queries and reports in major DBs.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and code low- to moderate-complexity software for university admin functions.
• Develop processes and web applications; create workflows and integrations for vendor software.
• Collaborate with departments, colleges, and campus customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support reporting infrastructure using Power BI, ARGOS, Tableau and related tools.
• Serve as primary or secondary support for applications and processes within IT Collaboration & Reporting.
