Job summary

Oregon Primary Care Association is seeking a Program Specialist to support the Programs team in delivering technical assistance and training. You will manage projects, coordinate events, and help improve program delivery across multiple work streams in Oregon.

This role emphasizes strong organizational skills, independent initiative, and excellent communication. OPCA offers a dog-friendly, hybrid office environment with both in-office and remote work days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or up to three years’ experience or equivalent education.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for the Education and Technical Assistance work plan and track activities.
• Ensure planning and preparation for TA/T including web-based, hybrid and face-to-face events.
• Act as content thought-partner in development and organization of meetings and events.
• Manage and coordinate Program team meetings and processes, including scheduling and agendas.
• Support partnerships with state, regional and national stakeholders by scheduling key meetings.
• Develop and distribute program communications and coordinate external communications.
• Maintain member relations and knowledge management tools for evaluation and documentation.
• Attend conferences and meetings to build partnerships and promote the OPCA brand.
• List management, meeting scheduling, support, and follow-up.
• Collaborate on events like the All Leadership Group Gathering.
• Set up SharePoint, web portal, and Office 365 groups as needed.
