AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Program Assistant to train for the Program Manager role within the DDA Department. This hybrid position requires living within one hour of the Hermitage, TN office and includes travel for site visits in Middle Tennessee.

You must have a reliable home office setup and high-speed internet. The role combines training duties with on-site oversight, audits, and documentation in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; caregiving and office experience preferred.
• Healthcare or corporate environment experience a plus.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Flexibility to adapt in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Training including pre-service and in-service training.
• Monitor visits, drills, and evacuation plans.
• Complete audits and site visits on a schedule.
• Maintain client files and demographic data.
• Ensure staffing and in-service plans are up to date.
