Job summary

The Program Manager for the Telehealth Maternity Care Program (TMCP) at Jackson Health System's The Women's Hospital leads implementation, coordination, and growth of TMCP operations in collaboration with the Associate Director of Community Health Programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory requirements for the program are met and reports are produced.
• Liaise with external agencies and represent Jackson Health System on issues related to the program.
• Direct daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, and supply orders.
• Facilitate budgeting with Finance and Administration.
• Manage program staff, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
• Lead TMCP implementation, coordination, and growth in collaboration with leadership.
• Deliver a technology-enabled care model for pregnant and postpartum patients.
