Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition in the Philadelphia area seeks a MOMobile Program Manager to oversee home visiting for pregnant people and families on Medicaid. You will lead day-to-day MOMobile operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with Medicaid partners.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in supervision, a BA in a related field (Master’s preferred), and willingness to travel within the eight-county region. Hybrid remote/on-site work is possible.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in maternal and child health, home visiting, or related community work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related discipline required; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to travel in the Greater Philadelphia region and work hybrid/remote schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages MOMobile Managed Care activities and ensures quality of services.
• Provides supervision to advocates, lead advocate, and interns.
• Recruits and hires managed care advocates.
• Liaises with MCC, clients, and Medicaid managed care organizations.
• Monitors budgets, prepares reports, and coordinates with funders.
