Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition (MCC) is seeking a MOMobile Program Manager to lead comprehensive home visiting services for pregnant people and families with Medicaid in the Philadelphia region. You will oversee day-to-day MOMobile Managed Care operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with Medicaid MCO partners to ensure service quality.

Hybrid work arrangement may apply, with travel across eight-county region and a commitment to DEI and community health equity.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of supervisory experience in maternal and child health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related discipline required.
• Master’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MOMobile Managed Care operations and ensure service quality.
• Provide supervision to managed care advocates, lead advocate, and interns.
• Recruit and hire managed care advocates.
• Coordinate with MCC staff and Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs).
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and manage contract requirements.
