Job summary

CarePlus NJ, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager of Healthy Families (TIP) to supervise case managers serving families with infants referred by Social Services. You will coordinate prevention services, prenatal/postnatal screenings, and therapeutic planning to stabilize families and ensure coordinated care.

Attend monthly meetings and report to HF-TIP & PCA-NJ. The role requires overseeing staff, coordinating with community partners, and contributing to program goals while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• BA or Master’s degree with child development knowledge from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of work experience with children and families.
• Experience supervising staff in programs and team meetings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing, intensive supervision to full-time and part-time direct staff.
• Support program and staff development and monitor staff performance.
• Educate staff on community resources and provide community education.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and maintain data collection.
• Collaborate with community partners to address service gaps and develop solutions.
• Lead team and advisory meetings and coordinate services with other agencies.
• Assist with case management and outreach to market referral resources.
• Coordinate program services with system partners and solicit community donations.
