Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with program or project management background.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, client handling, and governance skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodological approaches.
• Ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules and dependencies effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects.
• Ability to coordinate across onsite and offshore teams; strong governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, aligning scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
• Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact and build executive relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure seamless integration across components.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams for delivery alignment.
• Drive risk management across the program lifecycle and mitigate issues.
• Monitor program performance with KPIs and dashboards; report progress to executives.
• Ensure effective communications, including status reports and updates.
