Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex IT programs with budgets up to $20 million. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and institutional committees to plan, prioritize, and deliver multi-year initiatives on time and within budget.

The role requires PMI process group mastery, PMP or PgMP certification, and extensive experience managing large programs across multiple tech environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of 13 years’ experience, OR Associates degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience.
• Possession of PMP or PgMP certification, or comparable certification from a recognized project management governance body, to be obtained within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs with budget responsibility up to $20 million and matrix supervision of staff.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and institutional committees to align priorities and approve actions.
• Ensure work adheres to Mayo Clinic IT methodologies and practices and delivers objectives on time and within budget.
