Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Program Manager II to lead the CXD team within the P&S units, driving UI/UX, Service Design, and hardware research initiatives. The role requires onsite work at Holtsville, NY with a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office per week).

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage schedules and budgets, and present status updates to executives. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of TPM experience are required, with strong communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong full life cycle Technical Program Management experience.
• Be able to drive program management initiatives while understanding the environment and scope of the program.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project manager from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and overseeing budget/spending.
• Gathers input from the project team and develops a Project Plan for moderate to significant scope projects.
• May lead multiple projects simultaneously or manage part of a larger program.
• Oversees work of the project team across engineering, product management, and operations.
• Owns status updates and communicates progress to senior management.
