Strong financial analysis, governance, and industry collaboration are essential. The role requires hybrid work with travel and a strong background in engineering or business, plus leadership and stakeholder management skills to deliver measurable fleet

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years related experience and advanced program management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration across levels of management.
• Experience in financial analysis and developing strategic program plans.

Responsabilidades

• Continually evaluate fleet events, industry developments, regulatory drivers, and corporate strategy to improve program performance.
• Lead development and scoping of improvement initiatives across the fleet; secure project funding and governance.
• Manage OEM/vendor relationships; identify multi-year cost-saving opportunities and resolve issues.
• Lead routine program assessments; support audits/outages and create gap-analysis tools and action plans.
• Influence leaders; establish KPIs and integrate industry best practices into fleet initiatives.
