Duke Energy Corporation is seeking an expert-level Program Manager to develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies for the Regulated and Renewable Energy fleet of turbines and generators. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex vendor relationships, and drive improvements across multiple sites to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and the ability to present complex reports to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years related experience or HS Diploma with 18+ years related experience.
• Strong collaboration and written/verbal communication skills; ability to influence across management levels.
• PE License or engineering/business degree is preferred; solid business acumen and regulatory interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Continually evaluate fleet events, regulatory drivers and supplier changes to identify opportunities to improve performance and cost.
• Lead development and scoping of new improvement initiatives across the fleet and secure funding.
• Manage OEM/vendor relationships, identify multi-year cost-saving opportunities and resolve contract issues.
• Lead program assessments, support audits and outage preparations, and develop gap analyses and action plans.
• Influence leaders to implement consistent standards and incorporate industry best practices.
