Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Technology Office is seeking a Program Manager I to steer technology development, research, and innovation programs. This hybrid role requires residing within 50 miles of Golden, CO, Menomonee Falls, WI, or Southfield, MI, and involves managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include project planning, tracking progress, crafting reports with ProPM & Power BI, and ensuring governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, engineering, operations, product development, research, or program management.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, ProPM, Clarity, or similar PM systems.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project plans, forecasts, and status reporting.
• Use ProPM and Power BI to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate significant risks.
