Eaton Research Laboratories is seeking a Program Manager I for planning and execution of technology development, research, and innovation programs. This hybrid role requires candidates to reside within 50 miles of Golden, CO, Southfield, MI, or Menomonee Falls, WI.

The position focuses on managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders to achieve successful program outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, engineering, operations, product development, research, or program management.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, ProPM, Clarity, or similar project management systems.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefit offered; reside within 50 miles of a designated Eaton facility.

• Maintain accurate project plans, forecasts, and status reporting.
• Use ProPM and Power BI to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
