Job summary

nVent in Anoka, MN is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and coordinate global programs for key customer initiatives, new product introductions, and portfolio management. The role emphasizes collaboration across Quality, Design, Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize resources and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management in a manufacturing context.
• Experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing or commercial initiatives.
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global programs and key customer initiatives.
• Manage account portfolios, prioritize opportunities and monitor performance scorecards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Design, Pricing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service and Planning.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, track health, actions, milestones and escalations.
• Facilitate objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, resources and executive reviews.
