Job summary

Aptar is seeking a Program Manager for Global Market Development Closures responsible for leading end-to-end new product development initiatives from concept to launch. Hybrid role based in Mukwonago, WI or Lincolnton, with potential remote work per policy.

Requires strong cross-functional leadership and strategic execution. You will collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, customers and suppliers; manage risks, align resources, and drive ROI while championing Aptar’s APPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Plastics, Mechanical, or related)
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering or Business
• 10+ years of experience in packaging or related manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects including new product development
• Experience interfacing directly with customers
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Lead complex new product development projects across regions with regulatory requirements.
• Manage risks to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Deliver projects meeting customer expectations and Aptar’s internal requirements.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on project matters.
• Drive implementation of Aptar’s APPM process and use Planisware for project management.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
