Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years managing programs or multiple projects of increasing responsibility.
• Three years in management and supervision of diverse project teams and personnel.
• Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with government, utility, and construction organizations/programs for Energy programs preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least minimum automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and oversite for the administrative team and ensure the program performs according to contract requirements, the annual budget and established timelines.
• Work to ensure compliance with contract requirements and timely reporting to funders.
• Hybrid work arrangement with weekly in-office requirement in Santa Fe Springs.
