Camp Fire First Texas is seeking an Early Education & Workforce Development (EEWD) Program Manager to coordinate, implement, and monitor initiatives strengthening the early childhood workforce. You will serve as the operational lead for assigned programs, ensuring quality and fidelity while building strong relationships with educators, childcare programs, community partners, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years coordinating or managing education, workforce development, nonprofit, or community programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with community partners.
• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technology platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of EEWD programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain program timelines and implementation plans.
• Monitor activities for quality, consistency, and timely completion.
• Identify challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Support launch and implementation of new EEWD initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with educators, programs, schools, and community organizations.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and support participant recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, workshops, and events while maintaining records.
• Support VP in coordinating departmental priorities and cross-program activities.
• Ensure continuity and communication across the EEWD team and programs.
