Job summary

UPMC Health Plan is seeking a Program Manager in the Health Plan Operations & Performance Division. This hybrid role blends home and in-office work (in-office Mon, Wed, Thu). You will lead enterprise programs across units, guide PMOs, and ensure ROI with structured governance.

You will report to senior stakeholders and mentor PMs. You will drive delivery, manage risks, and align programs to strategic objectives, delivering measurable business value and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise programs across multiple units.
• PMP certification or equivalent required or within one year from hire.

Responsibilities
