Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, FL seeks an experienced manager to lead employee health services across facilities and onboarding centers. You will supervise staff, develop training, and ensure safe, compliant care in line with organizational standards.

The role requires knowledge of occupational health, workers' compensation, and wellness programs, with experience using EPIC EMR and scheduling systems. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in employee or occupational health services.
2+ years’ experience in employee health, occupational health, workers compensation or industrial health.
Ability to establish staffing and hours of operation to meet department and customer needs.
CLIA waived lab knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervises employee health team in onboarding centers or facility clinics.
Develops and implements educational training for employee health staff.
Tracks data, prepares reports for internal/external committees.
Collaborates with infection prevention, nursing leadership, HR and other departments.
