Job summary

Wesley Family Services seeks a Program Director II – Specialized Services to lead clinical programs across Autism Outpatient, PCIT, Creative Arts, Parentwise, and Neighborhood Family Counseling. You will supervise managers, ensure licensure and financial sustainability, and coordinate service delivery across Bridgeville, Wexford, and Monroeville.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, staffing, and external collaboration to optimize care, improve outcomes, and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in social work, mental health, nursing, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• 5+ years in mental health services for children/youth, with 3+ years supervisory
• Experience with Medicaid/commercial payer-funded programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical teams across Autism Outpatient, PCIT, Creative Arts, Parentwise, and Neighborhood Family Counseling.
• Ensure licensure compliance and fiscal sustainability of programs.
• Oversee administrative and financial processes from intake to billable claims.
• Collaborate with other Program Directors to align services with agency goals.
• Develop and monitor annual program plans and budgets; evaluate performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with Facilities and HR to maintain compliant, efficient operations.
