Job summary

Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Junior Program Delivery Manager to join our team in a hybrid role with on-site presence in San Antonio, TX. The role supports management of a capable workforce, ensuring quality delivery of program artifacts and performing program risk management.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
CAPM certification or PMP Certification.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
3+ years Microsoft Office productivity suite experience (O365, Teams, Sharepoint).

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver all program-level deliverables.
Coordinate with development teams on the delivery of Configuration Items for each release.
Administer risk management program for the portfolio.
Monitor critical/one-deep staffing positions and associated risk management strategies.
Evaluate processes across the portfolio seeking opportunities for innovation and automation.
Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.
Directly supervise 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators and configuration managers.
