Job summary

JST is seeking a Junior Program Delivery Manager in a hybrid role with 1-2 days onsite in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on delivering program-level artifacts, managing risk, and coordinating with development teams across releases.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, a STEM or business degree, and certifications (CAPM/PMP). The position requires collaboration across teams and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant program delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 3+ years Microsoft Office productivity suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver all program-level deliverables.
• Coordinate with development teams on the delivery of Configuration Items for each release.
• Administer risk management program for the portfolio.
• Monitor critical/one-deep staffing positions and associated risk management strategies.
• Evaluate processes across the portfolio seeking opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure capability delivery.
• Directly supervise 25+ developers, analysts, testers, system administrators, database administrators and configuration managers.
