Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Ctrl Engineering Business Analyst (EBA) to support EVMS processes, EAC and LRE development, and cost/schedule reporting for engineering programs. The role focuses on delivering timely analyses and robust communication to drive predictable cost performance using SAP, APEX, and PMX tools.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program Leads to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar business system.
• MS Office experience, ability to navigate in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of EACs on a quarterly basis and LRE on a monthly basis
• Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
