Job summary

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Wraparound workforce development initiatives. Under supervision, you will plan, organize, and deliver continuing education programs, manage contracts, and oversee instructor compensation and event logistics.

You will also provide onsite and virtual support for trainings, assist with data reporting, and help ensure high-quality program outcomes while maintaining a hybrid work schedule with one

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license required or must enroll in Employer Pull Notice program
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience planning the logistics of trainings, events and conferences
• Project management experience including defining goals, scheduling complex projects and budgeting
• Experience in marketing, outreach and communications
• Experience using databases and MS Office in Windows environment
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication; ability to work with diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with good time management

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management, logistics, and fiscal aspects of Wraparound workforce development projects.
• Market and promote trainings and programs to relevant stakeholders.
