Job summary

University of California - Davis is seeking a Program Specialist to lead CalWORKs program initiatives, author and develop high-quality curricula, toolkits and web content with SMEs, and build partnerships with county welfare offices and state agencies. You will guide assessment, design and delivery of workforce training solutions while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and program sustainability.

The role requires strong project management, learning design, facilitation, and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
• In-depth experience in CalWORKs self‑sufficiency programs or equivalent Human Services practices
• Project management to oversee multiple complex projects and monitor results
• Experience facilitating meetings/workshops/trainings with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design engaging learning experiences
• Experience working independently and prioritizing tasks
• MS Office Suite and databases experience
