Job summary

UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education seeks a Program Coordinator to support the CalWORKs program and expand Wraparound workforce development statewide. The role plans, organizes, and delivers continuing education courses, oversees contracts and instructor logistics, facilities, and catering.

The position provides client-focused service, helps develop new projects, and supports meetings and committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience planning the logistics of trainings, events and conferences.
• Project management experience including defining goals, organizing complex projects and budgeting.
• Experience in marketing, outreach and communications, drafting and producing correspondence and reports.
• Experience using databases and computerized financial systems; proficient in Windows MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with diverse teams.
