Job summary

Any Baby Can is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Nurse-Family Partnership, ensuring data accuracy and smooth program operations. The role connects program staff, agency teams, and clients while delivering administrative support and event coordination.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with 2–3 years of office experience, strong English/Spanish bilingual skills, and proficiency with Adobe and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2–3 years of office/administrative experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Adobe and MS Office suite; experience with databases and SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties in alignment with Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) model fidelity.
• Enter data accurately across three databases; serve as primary data transfer/automation contact.
• Prepare letters to disengaged clients and medical providers as needed.
• Support timely data reporting and monthly data quality reports.
• Coordinate across NFP sites to obtain or provide documentation for transferred clients.
• Assist leadership with development and monitoring of program initiatives/workshops.
• Assemble client enrollment binders and maintain stock; manage program supplies and outreach materials.
• Provide front desk coverage and collaborate cross-departmentally for events and family engagement.
