Job summary

UW Bothell School of Business seeks an Academic Services Coordinator for a temporary position up to 12 months. This role coordinates undergraduate academic services, oversees course waivers and transfer evaluations, pre-major reviews, and faculty coordination while supporting program visibility and enrollment through marketing and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities include event planning and logistics, petitions processing, admissions collaboration, scholarship management, and data reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related field.
• At least two years in a student-facing or student support role in higher education.
• Excellent customer service and strong writing/editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, outreach & events coordination for undergraduates.
• Manage academic services: petitions, course approvals, and data reporting.
• Admission support: pre-major declarations and communications with advisors.
• Scholarship management and other duties as assigned.
