Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in events, meetings, or program management.
• Ability to communicate routinely and organize information.
• Knowledge of planning and coordination is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on‑site program operations (registration, sessions, exhibits, meals).
• Lead or assist with assigned tasks and projects to deliver programs.
• Participate in staff and partner meetings and support coordination teamwork.
• Support documentation, reflection, and assessments linked to experiential learning.
