Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capital Area, the premier One-to-One Mentoring organization in the DC Metro region, seeks an entry-level full-time Program Specialist. Under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, the Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and daily operations of youth-focused programs. This role ensures high-quality service delivery through consistent support to volunteers, youth, and families, as well as helping to maintain program documentation and data tracking.
This is a hybrid position based in DC/MD requiring in-office presence three days per week, including every Wednesday (mandatory).
