TruStage is seeking an experienced claims leader to oversee Third Party Administrators and manage complex litigation within the Property & Casualty portfolio. The role emphasizes agency liaison, program development, and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Product, Finance, and Treasury to structure program business and drive claim strategies, including audits and special projects.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of P&C Insurance claims experience.
• Strong communication with internal/external clients remotely or in person.
• Proven ability to lead claim teams and manage complex files.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for program claims.
• Proactive litigation management on assigned claims including investigating, evaluating, and negotiating to resolution.
• Coordinate operational and leadership responsibilities to ensure consistent claim results, quality, and customer service.
• Develop protocols to aid in establishing claim strategies and training as required.
• Collaborate with business partners vetting and onboarding new Programs and TPAs.
• Monitor and improve communication of essential claim information to support corporate standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and structure Program Business.
• Conduct in-person or remote claim file reviews and audits of TPA systems.
• Travel to participate with Program Managers, Brokers, and industry meetings.
