Job summary

CTS Corporation is seeking a Production Analyst to support government contracting programs by delivering data-driven insights, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will help ensure production activities meet contractual requirements, cost controls, and schedules in a matrixed, compliance-focused environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of production/ program analysis experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in production analysis, program analysis, or operations analysis.
Experience supporting project-based or contract-driven production programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance metrics in a contract-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze project-based production data to monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Track program KPIs including throughput, labor utilization, earned value metrics, schedule adherence, and material availability.
Support variance analysis related to production performance, budget, and forecasting.
Develop recurring dashboards and reports for program reviews, internal leadership, and executive briefings.
