AARP is seeking a Program Analyst to help design, implement, and evaluate programs that advance health, financial security, and personal fulfillment for adults 50+. You will collaborate with staff, chapters, volunteers, and external partners to drive national and local impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, budget support, and the development of engaging community programs. The position supports hybrid work within the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public administration, political science, public policy, or related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of state/local political, social, and human services environment preferred.
• Comfortable working with a diverse staff and volunteers.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Experience creating social media content and applying AI-enabled tools to enhance business processes and engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and implement projects with stakeholders.
• Develop community partnerships and engage multicultural audiences.
• Recruit, manage, and train volunteers as needed.
• Analyze program data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support program operations, including research and presentations.
• Track strategic plan initiatives and assist with new solutions.
• Assist with budget and asset management.
