Job summary

AARP, Inc. is seeking a Budgeting Operations Analyst to support financial operations, budgeting, procurement, and reporting in a cross-functional setting.

The role collaborates with multiple teams to manage budgets, invoices, and documentation while maintaining adherence to policies. A Bachelor's in Finance and 3 years' budgeting experience are required, with strong Excel and MS Office skills. A hybrid, US-based role with remote work aligned to our schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with complex budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial operations support including budgeting, procurement, processing transactions, and other duties for a business unit or department.
• Liaises with other teams to execute tasks and serves as central point of contact for business processes across the department.
• Coordinates records management and documentation adherence to policies and compliance requirements.
• Contributes to ad-hoc and scheduled reports and analyzes data to identify improvements.
• Manages invoicing, expense reconciliation, budgets, and lobbying information as needed.
