Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 3 years of experience with complex budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets within 3 percent variability.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to internal clients on a variety of group- or organization-wide projects, programs, processes, and business initiatives.
• Liaises with other teams to execute tasks and serves as central point of contact for business processes.
• Supports budgeting, procure-to-pay processes, invoicing, and reports preparation.
• Provides excellent customer assistance and researches issues for internal/external customers.
• Analyzes current processes and documents improvements, ensuring policy adherence.
• Prepares and distributes ad-hoc and scheduled reports.
• Coordinates financial, procurement, and contract management activities for projects.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and tracks post-change effectiveness.
