Job summary

Dentons US LLP seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to support PD Managers and the PD Director in advancing learning, development initiatives, and performance management processes. The role blends in-person and remote work with flexible arrangements.

Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, maintaining LMS and MCLE tracking, preparing reports, and supporting CLE applications across jurisdictions. A Bachelor’s degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
  • Must be detail-oriented and a critical thinker.
  • Able to work in the office three days a week, and remotely two days a week.
  • Ability to maintain a good rapport with personnel at all levels.
  • Able to organize assignments, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to balance priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills with Windows, Zoom, MS Office and Articulate.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute program invitations and all program communications to registrants.
  • Reconcile attendance for CLE purposes.
  • Update and maintain the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Micron CE Manager.
  • Provide practice-specific learning path reports.
  • Attend and monitor training programs; coordinate multi-day trainings as needed.
  • Coordinate details for the Firm’s Practice Advisor and Associate Mentor program.
