Everforth Apex is seeking a Production Support Engineer in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work arrangement (four days onsite, one day remote). This contract role focuses on monitoring, incident management, and delivering reliable infrastructure and services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on production support experience and be able to engage cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support or related fields.
• Ability to monitor systems and manage incidents.
• Familiarity with incident management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Open and manage triage bridge lines and update the bridge board as required.
• Engage appropriate teams during incidents.
• Maintain solutions aligned with security, redundancy, and archiving strategies.
• Support client onboarding processes.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Manage event fulfillment and service requests.
• Support change management activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
