Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and related customer service experience or two years with progressively complex work in a Student Loan environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user operational support for Conversions, guidance on system usage and processing.

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in onboarding and account adjustments.
• Support process improvements and test system changes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Participate in operational meetings and contribute to workflow improvements.
